Prepare for the birth of your child by attending Lamaze based Childbirth Education classes.  Classes are 4 weeks in length (1 night each week) for a total of 12 hours, and currently offered every odd month.  Content covers A & P of pregnancy, labor and delivery, relaxation techniques, pain relief and management options, infant feeding options, and postpartum concerns.  A tour of the facility is also included in the class.
